Captains Choice Marine First Aid
Captains Choice Marine First Aid has been presenting quality first aid and marine training since 1987. Those who are interested in our marine first aid programs may be pleased to know that we have RCMP Reliability Clearance allowing us to work in certain restricted locations. Our senior instructor is a certified Advanced First Aid Instructor (AFAI) and has more than 45 years Commercial Deep-Sea tankers and general cargo, Canadian Arctic, 30 years Coastal towing experience, International deep sea Tuna fishing and Chief Officer at BC Ferries. In addition, he also holds a Commercial Deep-Sea Divers certificate. It is our hope that the courses we offer will better serve those requiring first aid training for the first time or upgrading previous skills
Captains Choice Marine First Aid has provided first aid training to mariners both new to the industry as well as seasoned mariners from all corners of the globe. Some of our students were employed by (Transport Canada Inspectors), (Sea Span), (BC Ferries), (Canadian Coast Guard), (Fisheries & Oceans), (Canada Port Authority), (BC Pilotage), (Master Mariners), (Offshore Drilling Texas), (Subsea Services Thailand), (Oil Exploration Africa), (Canadian Armed Forces), (Ocean Rigs, Greece) to name a few.
